Freelance Instagram Strategy Consultant for Law Client

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Instagram strategy consultant to support a law‑firm client’s social media campaign. The consultant will provide strategic guidance, practical tools and hands‑on support to ensure the client’s Instagram presence is well‑planned, professionally managed and aligned with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a content planning strategy, including recommendations on planning horizons, tools and balancing reactive posts with a safe, law‑firm‑appropriate approach.
• Create or refine community‑management guidelines, set up processes for handling DMs, comments, escalation, tone of voice and approval workflows.
• Design a reporting framework or template to track performance, engagement and key metrics.
• Advise on handling a mid‑campaign brand refresh, including communication to audiences and content updates without losing engagement.
• Define roles and workflows when collaborating with external freelancers or production agencies, ensuring smooth hand‑overs and approvals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a social‑media consultant with a strong focus on Instagram strategy and campaign management.
• Background working in agencies or with client‑facing projects, preferably for professional services or legal firms.
• Ability to deliver clear, actionable advice and provide templates or examples.
• Available to start immediately and work on a 1‑4‑week freelance engagement.
