Freight Business Support Executive

About the role

Logistiq, a fast‑growing logistics company in the GCC, is looking for a Freight Business Support Executive to provide administrative, commercial and operational assistance to its sales, customer service and operations teams. The role bridges the gap between customers, internal departments and external service providers, ensuring smooth freight quotation and communication processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on freight quotations, maintaining an up‑to‑date quotation database.
• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, transporters and overseas agents to obtain rates and commercial information.
• Support Business Development with proposals, presentations, tenders and customer documentation.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist in issue resolution by liaising with internal teams.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems, updating customer and business performance data.
• Ensure standard processes and documentation are consistently applied across sales and freight activities.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
