French Language Tutor / Conversational Coach

About the role

We are seeking a passionate French Language Tutor and Conversational Coach to deliver engaging, online French lessons to learners of all levels. The role is fully remote and part‑time, allowing you to tailor sessions to individual goals, from everyday conversation to professional business French.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live one‑to‑one and group French lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing and speaking.
• Design and deliver practical conversation sessions that build fluency, confidence and natural communication.
• Assess learners’ current proficiency, set personalized objectives and create detailed lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes and role‑play scenarios.
• Provide targeted feedback on speaking, writing and comprehension, and develop exercises to address recurring difficulties.
• Track attendance, participation and progress, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Offer specialised business French training for professionals interacting with French‑speaking clients, partners or suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching French to beginner, intermediate and advanced learners.
• Excellent spoken and written French with a clear, native‑like accent.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse ages, professional backgrounds and learning styles.
• Comfortable using online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and digital learning resources.
• Mid‑level to senior professional with strong organizational and communication skills.
