French Speaking Teacher Assistant

About the role

Kids First Group is seeking a French‑speaking Early Years Teacher Assistant to join its Dubai nursery. The role supports the lead teacher in delivering a bilingual French curriculum for children aged 2‑5, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering French language activities.
• Support daily classroom routines, including circle time, play‑based learning and snack supervision.
• Prepare and maintain learning resources and classroom displays.
• Collaborate with colleagues on extra‑curricular projects and school events.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress and wellbeing.
• Help ensure health, safety and safeguarding standards are met.

Required profile

• Minimum Early Years qualification (Cache Level 2, Bachelor’s or Diploma in Childcare/Early Years).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an early‑years or nursery setting.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate about early childhood education.
• Strong academic background and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
