About the role

Al Maharat Private School, an International Community Schools campus in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a passionate French Teacher for the 2026/27 academic year. The role involves delivering French language instruction across all school levels, following the British Curriculum and fostering cultural awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons for primary and secondary students.
• Assess student progress using British Curriculum standards and provide constructive feedback.
• Integrate educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align language teaching with overall school objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience teaching French.
• Strong knowledge of the British Curriculum and its assessment methods.
• Fluent written and spoken French with excellent communication skills.
