About the role
We are seeking a French‑speaking FX Retention Agent to join our Dubai office. The role focuses on retaining existing foreign‑exchange clients, handling hot leads and closing sales in French.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with existing FX clients.
- Identify opportunities to retain and upsell foreign‑exchange products.
- Close sales deals with French‑speaking customers.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales, compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Native or fluent French speaker.
- At least 6 months experience in FX retention (preferred).
- Confident communicator with strong closing abilities.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
