French‑Speaking Social Media Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Social Media Coordinator to join our expanding Marketing team. You will drive the brand’s global social presence, stay ahead of platform trends, and craft creative strategies that boost audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage and implement the company’s social media strategy across all channels.
• Analyse regional client demographics to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.
• Monitor emerging social media trends and integrate new features to increase visibility.
• Identify and launch new initiatives that raise brand awareness.
• Develop content, interact with audiences and oversee daily social media activity.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create, launch and optimise paid campaigns for different markets.
• Conduct A/B testing, analyse performance data and produce regular reports.
• Track platform updates, apply them strategically, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Work with Business Analysts to generate daily, weekly, monthly and lifetime performance reports.
• Set campaign timelines, monitor results and use data‑driven insights to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on social media management experience.
• Proven track record developing and executing strategies for a global brand.
• Experience with paid social boosting on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Successful history of expanding and optimising campaigns; forex industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability to assess performance, spot trends and produce insightful reports.
• Fluent French with excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly motivated, integrity‑driven and positive attitude.
