Fresh Graduate Accountant – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions and assisting with the month‑end closing process.

Key responsibilities

• Record and classify journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and process invoices.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including payment follow‑up and receipt posting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support cash‑flow monitoring.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting queries and ensure timely documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and the full accounting cycle.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on‑site and communicate effectively in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data organization).
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems (preferred).
