About the role
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. You will manage check‑in and check‑out, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth stay from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous, prompt service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Greet guests by name, escort them to rooms and offer hotel familiarisation.
- Answer guest questions about hotel facilities, local attractions, promotions and events.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of daily rates, occupancy levels and hotel policies.
- Process all incidental charges accurately using the computerized Front Office system.
- Safeguard guest privacy and adhere to environmental, health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality and safety standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computerized Front Office/guest‑management software.
