Front Desk Agent

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join the Front Office team at FIVE Hotels and Resorts. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s five‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests efficiently using the Opera PMS.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and inquiries both in person and via phone.
• Manage guest requests, complaints and special arrangements with a proactive approach.
• Maintain accurate front‑desk records and daily reports.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar front‑desk or guest‑service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Hands‑on experience with Opera hotel PMS.
