About the role

Join the Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort team as a Front Desk Agent and be the first point of contact for guests seeking a luxurious stay in the United Arab Emirates. You will deliver personalized service, share local knowledge, and help create memorable experiences for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Check‑in and check‑out guests, verify identification and payment, and obtain signed registration cards.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and ensure secure handling of credit‑card information.
• Answer telephone calls, take room‑service orders, and manage guest inquiries in public areas.
• Promote hotel amenities, upsell rooms, and highlight benefits for VIP guests.
• Prepare daily reports on guest billing, credit‑card balances, and room preferences.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain a cash bank for transactions.
• Execute end‑of‑day cashiering procedures accurately.
• Uphold Fairmont standards and deliver a professional, luxury‑focused demeanor at all times.
