About the role
As a Front Desk Agent at Golden Tulip Hotel Apartment Sharjah, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth stay from check‑in to check‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously, assist with check‑in and check‑out, and handle reservations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process incidental charges using the hotel’s Front Office system.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, local attractions, promotions and events.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and uphold service standards.
- Ensure privacy of guest information and adhere to hotel policies, health, safety and environmental procedures.
Required profile
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Good knowledge of hotel services and local area information.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
