Front Desk Agent – Reception

About the role

Join the opening team of Radisson Hotel Fujairah as a Front Desk Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating welcoming first impressions and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Process reservations, payments, and billing accurately.
• Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee seamless stays.

Required profile

• Previous front‑office or guest‑service experience in hospitality (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems.
