Front Desk Agent – Russian Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Front Desk Agent who speaks Russian to join our hotel team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized service from arrival through departure and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests by name, escort them to rooms, and conduct hotel familiarisation.
• Assist with enquiries about hotel activities, local attractions, promotions, and events.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rates, occupancy levels, and hotel policies.
• Accurately process check‑in/check‑out, incidental charges, and cashiering using the Front Office system.
• Protect guest privacy and uphold hotel standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in a hotel Front Office department.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills and fluency in Russian.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Opera hotel management system (or similar PMS).
