Front Desk Coordinator – 2‑Month Contract

About the role

The Front Desk Coordinator will manage the reception area of Artha Realty LLC, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This 2‑month contract position also handles lead allocation and tracking using the company’s Bitrix CRM system, supporting the Operations / Sales Support department and the sales team to ensure timely follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in clients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and general correspondence.
• Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, and coordinate internal meetings and appointment scheduling.
• Handle couriers, documentation, and various administrative tasks.
• Monitor and manage incoming leads through the Bitrix CRM system.
• Distribute leads to sales consultants according to company policy.
• Maintain accurate lead records and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on lead allocation and status.
• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead flow and campaigns.
