About the role

Join the DoubleTree By Hilton Resort and Spa Marjan Island team as a Receptionist, delivering warm welcomes and seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests, verify reservations, assign rooms, issue keys and provide hotel information.
Process departures, verify charges, handle payments and issue receipts using POS and PMS.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction.
Promote hotel facilities, services and promotions through up‑selling techniques.
Handle cash, foreign currency and credit‑card transactions in line with hotel policies.

Required profile

Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Integrity, teamwork, leadership and ownership mindset.
Positive attitude with strong verbal and written communication.
Professional grooming and presentation.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with cash handling.
Familiarity with hotel property management (PMS) systems.
Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
