Front Desk Receptionist – Facilities Management

About the role
We are looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Dubai office. The role supports the Facilities Management (FM) team by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reception desk during working hours, ensuring it is always covered.
- Provide superior customer service and adhere to Reception Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain security protocols: log visitors, escort them, and control contractor access.
- Handle office administration tasks, including filing, document management, and monitoring office supplies inventory.
- Record and report any health & safety incidents or non‑conformances.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate FM environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver high‑quality service.
Required skills
- Proficient computer skills.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- FMP (Facility Management Platform) experience.
- Familiarity with Lenel security system.
