About the role
We are seeking a welcoming and organised Front Desk Receptionist to ensure a smooth, memorable experience for guests from arrival to departure at Mileo The Palm on Palm Jumeirah.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and payments.
- Respond to guest enquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel’s rooms, dining venues, and facilities.
- Maintain guest records, shift reports, and payment documentation.
Required profile
- Previous front desk experience in a hotel, preferably upscale or luxury.
- Hands‑on knowledge of the OPERA property management system.
- Excellent English communication and guest service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work confidently during busy shifts.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; additional languages are an advantage.
