Front Desk Receptionist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist is a key member of the Front Office team at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, responsible for delivering smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experiences for guests. Working in a luxury hotel environment, the role involves handling guest interactions, managing reservations, and supporting various front‑desk operations throughout the day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests, explain accommodations, and process payments.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, issue keys, and manage luggage delivery.
• Handle guest requests, provide personalized recommendations, and resolve complaints.
• Maintain cash handling duties, reconcile transactions, and manage foreign currency exchanges.
• Utilize hotel computer systems to manage reservations, run reports, and block rooms.
• Support concierge and guest services, including basic troubleshooting of in‑room technology.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of front‑desk experience in a luxury hotel brand.
• Outgoing personality with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong understanding of rooms operations and guest service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
