Front Desk Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join a world‑class five‑star beachfront resort as a Receptionist, delivering authentic Turkish hospitality to an international clientele. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service while adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage the flow of guests through the front desk, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow‑up visits, and classes.
• Maintain accurate guest records, file daily paperwork, and prepare files for upcoming appointments.
• Monitor order status, inform guests of arrivals or delays, and keep the reception area tidy and well‑stocked.
• Handle daily mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory.
• Participate in mandatory communication meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front‑office, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines.
• Additional foreign language skills (e.g., Russian or German) are a plus.
