Front Office Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Join the hospitality team at The Chedi Al Bait in Sharjah as a Front Office Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized, high‑end service from arrival through departure while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude during check‑in and check‑out.
• Handle room reservations, registration, billing and payment procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and concerns.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, room categories, promotions and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate guest records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Balance cash transactions and prepare daily financial reports in line with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting while handling multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Professional appearance and well‑groomed presentation.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays and overnight periods.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
