Front Office Assistant Manager – Enclave

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Front Office Assistant Manager for its Enclave area. You will support the Front Office Manager in delivering ultra‑luxury service to guests, overseeing daily desk operations and ensuring seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Enclave front‑desk staff and maintain service standards.
• Handle VIP arrivals, departures and special requests with discretion.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and other departments to meet guest preferences.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate billing, reservations and guest profile management.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and Enclave area to proactively resolve issues.
• Act as the point of contact in the Front Office Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of front office experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Background in luxury or five‑star hospitality, preferably with VIP guest handling.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance and guest‑centric attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
