Front Office Manager

About the role

Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead its front‑office operations in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop front office team members, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
• Oversee daily operations of the front desk, concierge, bell and guest services to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly and implement service recovery actions.
• Collaborate on revenue strategy discussions and support revenue‑management initiatives.
• Coordinate with all resort departments to ensure efficient and coordinated service delivery.
• Manage labor costs, scheduling and departmental payroll within budgetary targets.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and succession planning for front office staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health‑and‑safety standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior front office or guest services management role within a hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to analyse operational data and drive continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and operational challenges.
