About the role
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Dubai office. The role involves managing the front‑desk, handling communications and providing basic administrative support in a professional and welcoming manner.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen and route incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Manage meeting‑room bookings and maintain an organized reception area.
- Handle front‑desk operations, including mail distribution and visitor log maintenance.
- Provide basic administrative assistance to team members as needed.
Required profile
- 1‑5 years of experience in reception, customer service or a related administrative role.
- Excellent command of English, with professional fluency preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Familiarity with British‑style business communication and etiquette is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
