About the role
Represent the company as the first point of contact, managing front‑office operations and creating a strong first impression for clients, visitors, and staff. The role combines reception duties with light administrative support, ideal for an organized, customer‑focused individual.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff professionally
- Operate a multi‑line phone system and direct calls
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Support departments with light data entry and clerical tasks
Required profile
- 0‑1 years of front office, reception, or customer service experience
- Strong multitasking and communication abilities
- Polished, customer‑focused attitude
