Front Office Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Abu Dhabi EDITION is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Front Office Supervisor to lead guest check‑in operations, ensure accurate billing, and deliver a seamless hospitality experience. You will act as the first point of contact for guests, manage daily front‑desk activities, and support the team in maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Enter and manage Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs, and complete cashier and closing reports.
• Balance and secure cash receipts, count bank drops at shift start and end.
• Notify Loss Prevention of any theft reports and follow accounting procedures.
• Assist in training, evaluating, and coaching front‑desk staff.
• Respond to guest requests, provide property information and assist guests with disabilities.
• Maintain compliance with safety training, certifications and company policies.
• Use POS and computer reservation systems to record transactions and generate daily reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 12 months experience in front‑office or guest‑services operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel check‑in procedures and cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and stand for extended periods.
