Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain core business applications for Crescent Petroleum. The role bridges application development and data‑driven decision‑making, delivering secure, automated solutions on multiple platforms while following Agile and DevSecOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain scalable front‑end and back‑end components, including APIs, application servers, and databases.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with infrastructure and security teams.
• Design data models, implement data transformation, and build dashboards for business intelligence.
• Perform testing, write test cases, and ensure quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and provide end‑user support and training.
• Maintain documentation, security standards, and best practices for scalability and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Electronics & Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate concepts into fully functional products.
• Experience working in Agile environments and applying DevSecOps principles.
