Full Stack Developer (Wealth Management Domain)

About the role

Dicetek LLC is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join its International Trading Platform team in Abu Dhabi. You will initially work with external consultants to build a React web app, a React Native micro‑app, and Java‑based backend micro‑services on AWS, then take full ownership of the codebase, deployments and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to develop a React.js trading interface, a React Native micro‑app, and Java Spring Boot micro‑services.
• Implement trading API integrations for order placement, market data, funding and account services.
• Set up and optimise CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions for multi‑environment deployments.
• Ensure security compliance using OAuth, API keys and AWS Secrets Manager/KMS.
• Absorb the complete codebase, document systems, APIs and operational runbooks.
• Provide shadow support, then take full ownership of platform maintenance, feature development and incident resolution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using AWS CloudWatch, logging and alerting tools.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑stack development experience, with 2–3 years focused on React, Java and AWS deployments.
• Strong understanding of financial trading concepts and regulated fintech environments.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Required skills

• React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand/Recoil) and React Native.
• Java 11+ with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• REST API and WebSocket development.
• Event‑driven processing (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS).
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL and NoSQL familiarity.
• AWS services: EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudWatch.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, CloudFormation.
• OAuth/OpenID Connect, micro‑frontend architecture, secure coding standards (OWASP, PCI‑DSS).
