Full Stack Engineer

About the role

AlgoDriven is seeking an AI‑first Full Stack Engineer to design, build and own features across its PHP and Node.js APIs, databases and React front‑ends. You will work on‑site in Dubai, delivering end‑to‑end solutions in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure REST APIs using PHP (Laravel) and Node.js.
• Model data, write efficient queries and perform performance tuning in MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Build responsive React front‑ends that consume the APIs you create.
• Take features from idea through design, coding, testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to accelerate development while ensuring quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience building production web applications.
• Strong backend expertise in PHP (Laravel) and Node.js.
• Proficient with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Professional experience with React.
• Daily use of AI coding tools that demonstrably increase productivity.
• Clear spoken and written English.
