About the role
We are seeking proactive, customer‑oriented individuals to join our dining team at The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah. As a waiter/waitress you will deliver high‑quality service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests leave satisfied.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly, checking on guests regularly.
- Process payments and operate the cash register.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Assist with setup for special events and functions.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods.
