Full‑Stack Growth Hacking Operator

About the role

We are looking for a business‑minded growth operator who can own the entire digital growth engine—from ideation to reporting—without relying on multiple departments. The role blends media buying, creative strategy, analytics, AI‑assisted execution, and technical adaptability to identify and solve growth bottlenecks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns at a senior level.
• Analyze conversion funnels, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement data‑driven solutions.
• Write detailed creative briefs for designers and UGC creators.
• Set up and maintain full tracking stacks (GA4, GTM, Pixels, Conversion API).
• Build and edit landing pages using Vibe Coding.
• Automate lead routing and workflow using Zapier, Make, or GoHighLevel.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) daily for research, debugging, and ideation.

Required profile

• Owner mindset: proactively identifies and resolves bottlenecks with full accountability.
• KPI thinker: deep understanding of CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, and attribution.
• Task owner: can build pages, write briefs, and fix tracking when other teams are unavailable.
• 3+ years of proven performance‑marketing experience with measurable results.
• Background in fast‑paced startups or growth agencies.
