Functional Consultant – Treasury & Risk

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to join our Treasury & Risk client team. You will lead end‑to‑end Integrity implementations, work closely with senior stakeholders, and deliver business‑focused solutions that address complex treasury challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Own client engagements from discovery through delivery for Integrity implementations.
• Lead and mentor consulting and implementation teams, managing resources and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships, translating business needs into tailored solutions.
• Manage SDLC execution (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), project planning, scheduling, and RAID tracking.
• Support proposals, pre‑sales activities, and foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of consulting experience in a similar role.
• Proven Treasury practice experience as a Functional Consultant with hands‑on Integrity implementation in Capital Markets.
• Strong IT project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical experience across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid SDLC approaches.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, RAID management, and cross‑functional coordination.
