About the role

Join Tesla's Emirati Future Talent Traineeship, a 24‑month full‑time rotational program based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. As a trainee you will experience key entry‑level roles across our core business functions while receiving mentorship from industry professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through core departments such as Sales, Delivery, Service and Customer Operations.
• Support business functions and projects, meeting and exceeding defined targets.
• Contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive real change.
• Participate in performance reviews at each rotation to develop skills and plan future career trajectory.

Required profile

• Emirati/UAE national holding a full UAE driving licence.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Passion for Tesla’s mission and a strong desire to learn in a fast‑paced, multi‑departmental environment.
• Friendly, open demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
