Manager, Client Consulting

About the role

Visa is seeking a Manager, Client Consulting to lead payments consulting engagements for its Visa Consulting & Advisory (VCA) practice in the GCC region, focusing on Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. The role will deepen client relationships, design payment strategies and drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement and capture full market potential.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with VCA colleagues, Visa account executives and other Visa functions to build and manage a pipeline of consulting opportunities.
• Lead or act as subject‑matter expert on consulting projects across portfolio, digital and risk practice areas, using Visa and external data to analyze client needs.
• Support sales pitches, contribute to internal problem‑solving sessions and prepare for client discussions.
• Deliver project coordination and execution, ensuring seamless integration with Visa product, BD, risk, marketing, digital solutions and innovation teams.
• Contribute to practice development and product innovation as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in payments consulting with deep knowledge of issuer, acquirer and merchant business needs.
• Proven ability to design and assess payment strategies across portfolio, digital and risk domains.
• Strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering consulting engagements.
• Experience working with financial institutions in the GCC region, preferably with on‑site client presence.
