About the role
LilyxGame is looking for a talented Game Designer to join our team and help create engaging and successful free‑to‑play mobile games, focusing on hybrid‑casual titles.
Key responsibilities
- Design and balance gameplay systems, progression, and meta features.
- Develop and optimise in‑game economies, currencies, rewards, and monetisation systems.
- Create engaging levels, difficulty curves, and progression experiences.
- Improve retention, engagement and monetisation through data‑driven F2P design.
- Analyse player behaviour, iterate on mechanics and enhance overall player experience.
Required profile
- Experience in free‑to‑play mobile game design, preferably hybrid‑casual.
- Strong understanding of system, economy and level design.
- Knowledge of mobile game KPIs such as retention, LTV and ARPU.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, artists and product teams.
- Creative mindset backed by analytical thinking.
