Gaming Equipment Administration Team Leader

About the role

Arris Engineering Group is looking for a Gaming Equipment Administration Team Leader to oversee the full lifecycle of gaming tools and accessories across its studios. The role combines inventory control, equipment testing, process standardisation and team leadership to ensure that all gaming assets meet the highest quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all gaming equipment, including roulette wheels, dice, cards and auxiliary tools.
• Conduct regular inspections and calibration of equipment to verify compliance with company and ISO standards.
• Manage procurement, order placement and supplier coordination for new items and spare parts.
• Perform administrative duties such as documenting inventory changes, generating reports and tracking testing logs.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate a team of equipment administrators, delegating tasks and organising workflows.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and KPIs to improve productivity and align with ISO requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively, collaborating with Training, Risk/Surveillance and HR departments.
• Prepare daily, quarterly and annual performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in equipment administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and developing staff.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and coordinate across multiple departments.
