General Accountant – Real Estate Developer

About the role
The company is seeking a General Accountant with direct experience in a UAE real‑estate development environment. The role involves handling project‑wise accounting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for ongoing developments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project‑wise accounting, costing and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax and real‑estate revenue recognition.
- Handle escrow accounts and interact with the TAS portal.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of UAE accounting experience, specifically with a real‑estate developer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Fluent in Hindi and able to join immediately or with short notice.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Tally, Odoo or other ERP/accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax and real‑estate revenue recognition.
