About the role
The General Assistant provides essential administrative and portering support to the department at Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital. This role ensures smooth patient transport, equipment delivery, and front‑desk services to maintain high standards of care and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the department.
- Provide patient transport services and handle the delivery of equipment, documents, and supplies.
- Inspect facilities before, during, and after patient stays to ensure safety and compliance.
- Perform reception duties for the ward, welcoming patients and visitors.
Required profile
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
Required skills
- Client service and management principles.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
