About the role

This position is part of the General Housekeeping team at a 5‑star hotel in Fujairah. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order across rooms, public areas, and service zones.

Key responsibilities

Ensure rooms, corridors, lifts, and pantry areas are cleaned to hotel standards.
Maintain attractive and orderly conditions throughout the property.
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any service issues.
Communicate proactively with team members to support seamless operations.

Required profile

Minimum one year of experience in a similar housekeeping role within a 5‑star hotel.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in English.
