General Manager, Employer of Record (EOR)

About the role

Deel is looking for a seasoned General Manager to own and scale its Employer of Record (EOR) business. This leader will shape strategy, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence for the company’s largest revenue‑generating unit.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term vision for the EOR business, aligning with Deel’s overall mission.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across product, sales, compliance, and operations to deliver seamless global hiring solutions.
• Identify new verticals and industry segments, expanding the EOR footprint worldwide.
• Monitor financial performance, set targets, and ensure profitability while maintaining high compliance standards.
• Represent the EOR unit with investors, partners, and key customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a high‑growth business unit or product line in a SaaS or HR technology environment.
• Strong track record of scaling operations internationally and entering new markets.
• Deep understanding of global payroll, compliance, and workforce management.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, and stakeholder management.
