General Manager GCC

About the role

The General Manager – GCC will lead regional operations across GCC markets, aligning daily activities with the company’s overall strategy. This part‑time, remote position requires proactive communication with internal teams, clients, partners and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial and operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Guide local teams, coordinate key initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory environments.
• Identify growth opportunities, manage risk and support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in general management or regional leadership within GCC or similar markets.
• Strong strategic planning, business development and operational oversight skills.
• Ability to analyze financial performance, manage budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management across diverse cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages beneficial.
