General Manager – Hospitality

About the role

RIKAS Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its upscale, high‑volume dining establishments in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, driving financial performance, and ensuring memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintaining high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability while managing budgets, costs, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a large team, fostering a positive, high‑performing work environment.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Support marketing, promotional, and business development initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance commercial results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in an upscale, high‑volume restaurant.
• Proven track record of managing profitability and operational performance.
• Experience leading large teams in fast‑paced hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest experience management.
• Background in lifestyle, premium dining, or award‑winning restaurant concepts is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
• In‑depth understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
