General Manager – Human Resources Services

About the role

The General Manager will lead Anton's Human Resources Service division, driving talent allocation, business development and operational excellence across the United Arab Emirates. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and is responsible for delivering HR solutions to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal talent needs and allocation by partnering with business units to meet staffing demands through internal moves, external recruitment and flexible employment.
• Build and operate a unified talent pool and inventory mechanism to support the group’s strategic projects.
• Expand the HR service business by developing labor‑dispatch, outsourcing, RPO and flexible‑staffing services for the external market.
• Support group sales and major projects, participating in bids and negotiations to provide HR solutions and ensure project staffing delivery.
• Take full responsibility for company operations, compliance and risk, leading business, operations and recruitment teams to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role within the HR services or outsourcing sector.
• Proven track record in building business teams from scratch and managing HRBP, recruitment centers, flexible staffing and shared services in large organisations.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and labour laws.
