General Manager – Indo-Persian Restaurant

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is preparing to launch a luxury beachside resort in early 2027. The resort seeks an experienced General Manager to lead its flagship Indo‑Persian restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including service, culinary, staffing and financial results.
• Maintain and elevate service standards, brand positioning and guest engagement.
• Drive revenue growth while controlling costs, labour productivity and overall profitability.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, analyse KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
• Coach, mentor and develop department heads and team members to foster a performance‑driven culture.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams on menu development, promotions and personalised guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing and hygiene regulations.
• Manage inventory, equipment and resources efficiently.
• Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports.
• Supervise scheduling, training and POS system operations, including VIP service.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of senior management experience in fine‑dining or upscale restaurant environments.
• Proven track record of delivering profitability and meeting service excellence standards.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑development abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• High integrity, professionalism and respect for guest confidentiality.
