General Manager – Influencer Marketing (Asia)

About the role

ITP Live is looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead the expansion of its influencer marketing business across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for building market presence, driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships with creators, brands and agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the East Asia growth strategy, owning revenue, profitability and market expansion.
• Develop and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, media partners and key stakeholders across the region.
• Identify, negotiate and secure new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.
• Lead a dedicated talent‑partnerships team to engage creators, celebrities and mega‑influencers.
• Build and manage a high‑performing campaign execution team to deliver end‑to‑end influencer marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the creator economy.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in influencer marketing, digital media, advertising or related sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and managing P&L responsibility.
• Strong network across brands, agencies and media owners in Asia.
• Experience building and leading commercial teams across multiple Asian markets.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands‑on leadership style.
