General Manager

About the role

We are looking for a General Manager to lead Imperium Group’s UAE operations and ensure the seamless integration of the Cairo office as an extension of the headquarters. The role combines strategic planning, operational excellence, and people leadership to deliver high-quality luxury design and build projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall office operations, set objectives, and drive performance across all departments.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, align departments with company priorities, and participate in senior management meetings.
• Oversee quality assurance and QA/QC procedures to guarantee project deliverables meet Imperium standards.
• Plan and monitor staffing and resource allocation, coordinate hiring with HR, and optimise utilisation.
• Support budget planning, monitor productivity, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Represent the brand on approved social‑media and marketing content, collaborating with the Marketing team.
• Assist UAE leadership in major client engagements, build relationships with consultants and contractors, and resolve operational issues.
• Develop and standardise office procedures, promote best‑practice project management, and foster innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior leadership or general management within the construction, design or luxury build sector.
• Strong track record of operational excellence, resource planning and financial awareness.
• Ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and maintain high standards of quality.
• Excellent communication skills for client, stakeholder and brand representation.
