General Manager

About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven General Manager to lead 200 Health through its next stage of growth. This senior leadership role is responsible for overall business performance, strategy, P&L, commercial growth, operations, partnerships, customer experience, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy, P&L and commercial performance of 200 Health.
• Develop and execute growth and market expansion strategies.
• Build scalable operating processes across the customer journey.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with clinics, healthcare providers, laboratories and other partners.
• Oversee commercial development of testing, insights and recommendation ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to improve the digital customer experience.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for growth, operations, customer experience and financial performance.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, Business Unit Head, Commercial Director, COO, Managing Director or similar senior role.
• Strong experience within HealthTech or healthcare, ideally including digital health, diagnostics, laboratory services, longevity, preventative health, personalised healthcare or wellness technology.
• Proven ownership of P&L and business performance.
• Commercial mindset with experience driving revenue and customer growth.
• Experience building partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Understanding of digital products and technology‑enabled customer journeys.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making data‑driven decisions.
• Experience building and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
