General Manager – Luxury Concierge Services

About the role

R3 Luxury & Travel is seeking a General Manager to lead its Dubai operations. The role is full‑time and on‑site, overseeing a high‑end concierge and travel service for a discerning global clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the local team, fostering a culture of discretion and excellence.
• Optimize workflows, implement process improvements and monitor performance metrics.
• Coordinate with international partners, vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of luxury travel experiences.
• Interact directly with clients, resolve issues promptly and maintain strong relationships.
• Participate in strategic decision‑making, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager or senior leadership role within hospitality, tourism, travel or concierge services.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); additional languages such as French or Russian are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex requests in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Eligibility to work on‑site in Dubai and flexibility to work extended hours when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Operational management expertise including workflow optimization and performance monitoring.
• Strong business and financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, basic P&L).
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills with a high level of discretion.
