General Manager – Luxury Hotel (Morocco)

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its upscale properties in Morocco. The role combines strategic oversight of guest experience, revenue generation, and commercial performance while fostering an inclusive, entrepreneurial culture.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the hotel masterplan with a focus on guest satisfaction, brand standards, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and protect brand reputation.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, due‑diligence requirements, and budgetary controls.
• Report to the Regional Director and drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and willing to relocate to Morocco.
• 10–15 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a General Manager in an upscale, luxury, or international branded hotel.
• Proven track record managing full hotel operations: Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources.
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in driving RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, market share, and overall profitability.
