General Manager Mobility, Assistance and Digital Services

About the role

The General Manager for Mobility, Assistance and Digital Services will lead Allianz Partners' local business across multiple lines, driving profitable and sustainable growth in line with global strategy. Reporting to the Local CEO, this senior leader will shape market strategy, foster partnerships and act as the primary ambassador for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market business strategy that translates the organization’s vision into measurable growth objectives.
• Lead the commercial agenda by identifying, prioritizing and capturing new business opportunities, expanding strategic partnerships and increasing market share.
• Collaborate with global Lines of Business, sales teams and functional leaders to define growth strategies and deliver customer‑centric solutions.
• Make sound commercial, operational and financial decisions to balance short‑term results with long‑term objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Drive organizational transformation, translating global initiatives into effective local execution.

Required profile

• Proven executive leadership experience in mobility, assistance or digital services.
• Track record of delivering profitable growth and managing matrix‑structured teams.
• Strong business development and partnership management capabilities.
• Ability to influence across a global organization and act as a change agent.
